I live in Co. Cork, Ireland. I am now a Professional Genealogist. How did you get into genealogy? I started researching the Irish side of my family tree in 1997. My father was fostered and with very little paperwork to go on, it proved very difficult to make progress so I turned to DNA in 1999. What about your involvement with genetic genealogy? Over the years, I became more and more involved in using DNA in family history research.
